Hi

My name is Tara and I am Founder of Nova. I created Nova to provide all the resources that I wish I had when my son was stillborn, and when I was pregnant with my rainbow baby.

I retrained as an Antenatal Educator in 2019, and as a Hypnobirthing Teacher the same year. While that training helped me understand about the mechanics of birth and looking after a baby, my anxiety was sky high and I just did not believe that I could ever bring a baby home from hospital. Nothing prepared me for birth and parenting after loss.

So I created the course I wish I had - one that is hopeful, reassuring, practical, covers everything and above all else useful. I have shared the insights from my lived experience, combined with the expertise of doula goddess Mars Lord and Midwife Meghan for a comprehensive video course.

Prior to Nova I worked in the charity sector for 13 years. I live in London with my husband, rainbow baby, two fur babies (cat and schnauzer), and one baby who is always in my heart.
